Asegurar la integridad, trazabilidad y control del inventario en las darkstores, mediante auditorías físicas y administrativas, monitoreo de movimientos y gestión de mermas, brindando soporte directo al Turbo Operations Lead y liderando al equipo de analistas de inventario.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Liderar y coordinar al equipo de Inventarios.

  • Supervisar conteos, auditorías e inventarios (cíclicos y generales).

  • Monitorear movimientos de inventario: transferencias, recepciones y ajustes.

  • Detectar, analizar y reducir mermas y diferencias de inventario.

  • Ejecutar auditorías físicas y administrativas en tienda.

  • Dar seguimiento a KPIs de inventario y preparar reportes para stakeholders.

  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de estrategias operativas en tienda.

  • Realizar conciliaciones de inventario con operadores logísticos.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el manejo de inventarios y control de inventario, idealmente en cadenas de retail.

  •  Facilidad de análisis de información, análisis y acompañamiento a ejecuciones.

  • Manejo de herramientas Ofimáticas

  • Conocimiento en FIFO.

  • Experiencia en elaboración de reportes y seguimiento de mermas.
