En Rappi, seguimos creciendo y queremos sumar a nuestro equipo un/a Key Account Manager en Guadalajara, con un fuerte enfoque analítico, comercial y estratégico, capaz de construir relaciones de alto impacto con socios clave y convertir datos en decisiones de negocio concretas.
Este rol es clave para escalar el desempeño del portafolio, maximizar el crecimiento de nuestros aliados y generar impacto directo en ingresos y rentabilidad.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

¿Cuál será tu misión?

  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con socios estratégicos, siendo su principal punto de contacto dentro de Rappi.
  • Diagnosticar y analizar profundamente el desempeño comercial de cada cuenta, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y diseñando planes de negocio conjuntos.
  • Liderar iniciativas comerciales end-to-end: planificación de catálogos, campañas promocionales, estrategias de pricing y palancas de crecimiento.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con equipos internos (Ventas, Marketing, Growth, Operaciones, Alianzas, entre otros) para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las iniciativas comerciales acordadas.
  • Monitorear, analizar e interpretar KPIs clave (ventas, conversión, rentabilidad, retención, entre otros), presentando resultados, insights accionables y planes de optimización a los aliados.
  • Potenciar la visibilidad y relevancia de los aliados dentro de la app a través de iniciativas de comunicación, promociones y nuevos canales.
  • Traducir grandes volúmenes de datos en decisiones estratégicas que incrementen ingresos, optimicen márgenes y fortalezcan relaciones de largo plazo.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Licenciatura concluida en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  • +3 años de experiencia gestionando cuentas clave, desarrollo comercial, growth o roles similares con ownership de resultados.
  • Perfil comercial altamente analítico, con capacidad para leer datos, detectar patrones y convertirlos en planes de acción claros.
  • Experiencia diseñando e implementando estrategias comerciales basadas en KPIs y análisis de desempeño.
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples cuentas y prioridades en entornos dinámicos y de alto ritmo.
  • Alta autonomía, pensamiento crítico y mentalidad de mejora continua.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia con stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Gusto por construir relaciones de largo plazo, actuando como socio estratégico del negocio.
