As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsable de la operación, seguimiento y optimización de campañas offsite para restaurantes en META, Google y TikTok, combinando ejecución en Ads Managers con análisis de performance para asegurar eficiencia y escalabilidad. El rol exige dominio práctico de las plataformas, capacidad para interpretar resultados y criterio para definir acciones correctivas y de mejora sobre presupuesto, segmentación, audiencias, creativos y medición.

Responsabilidades

  • Operar y optimizar campañas offsite para restaurantes en Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads y TikTok Ads Manager, asegurando ejecución consistente y enfocada en performance.

  • Monitorear performance y diagnosticar variaciones en KPIs clave como CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS y conversiones, identificando oportunidades y riesgos de forma oportuna.

  • Definir y ejecutar acciones de optimización sobre presupuesto, bidding, segmentación, audiencias, placements y creatividades, con base en resultados y aprendizajes.

  • Integrar datos de plataformas con data interna usando SQL y Excel para entender drivers, medir impacto y priorizar palancas de mejora.

  • Diseñar análisis y experimentos que habiliten aprendizaje continuo, incluyendo pruebas A/B, evaluaciones de audiencias, comparaciones de creatividades y estrategias de presupuesto.

  • Desarrollar marcos de decisión y recomendaciones estratégicas para escalar campañas, mejorar eficiencia y orientar la evolución del programa.

  • Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de Comercial, Growth/Marketing, Producto y Data para alinear objetivos, resolver bloqueos y acelerar mejoras.

  • Experiencia relevante como analista o en roles de performance marketing con operación y análisis de campañas en al menos una de estas plataformas: META, Google o TikTok.

  • Manejo práctico de Ads Managers para interpretar resultados, diagnosticar problemas y optimizar campañas con criterio.

  • Dominio de SQL para extracción y análisis de datos.

  • Excel avanzado para análisis, modelado y seguimiento operativo.

  • Inglés intermedio-alto o avanzado para comunicación y trabajo con documentación.
