The Sr Agencies KAM is the person who is responsible for Media off Network in the segments of accounts designated by the Agencies lead in the country, as well as the relationship with Media and Advertising Agencies (Clients) and also the day to day relationships with KAMs from our media partners Adsmovil, Facebook and Google.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

The Sr Agencies KAM works directly with vertical KAMs to develop Media Off network strategies and coordinate trade Solutions (with other vertical KAMs) for our clients.

This person works with Jr Agency KAMs and Growth Specialists who look after media executions for our clients and develop long lasting relationships with our stakeholders, driving excellence in Planning, Implementation, Reporting and Analysis of Media executions for advertisers who use our  Media Platforms: Rappi Amplify and Click to Rappi (Facebook & Google)

The Sr Agencies KAM is also responsible for the hunting and onboarding of new clients in Argentina. The Sr Agencies KAM is also responsible for the Pipeline of Media activities, and must ensure the weekly and monthly goals of the unit are met in terms of revenue booked, revenue executed and revenue billed.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

4-6 years of experience in commercial positions. Experience in Agencies & Media negotiations

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business acumen through analytical thinking to assess process performance

Excel management

Experience leading and developing a team, ideally in a fast-growth environment

An owner's mentality to build out local sales culture, fostering an environment of inclusion and collaboration.

An entrepreneurial approach to identify gaps and proactively implement new processes to bridge gaps

High energy and motivational leadership driven by personal influence and example with direct staff, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions.
