El puesto se centra en proporcionar orientación y agilización a los repartidores resolviendo dudas y problemas en tiempo real, ademas de monitoreo de la operación en vivo para toma de decisiones.Buscamos un rockstar intuitivo, con sentido de urgencia, razonamiento lógico para análisis de datos operativos, creación de planes de acción y ejecución para mejorar la experiencia del usuario en las ciudades.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Atención y aclaración de dudas al repartidor.
Monitoreo en tiempo real de la operación y toma de decisiones.
Análisis de datos post mortem de la operación y performance operativo día a día
Seguimiento diario de las ciudades asignadas.
Elaboración de planes de acción para mejoras en las ciudad.

Habilidades requeridas:
Análisis de datos
SQL - BASICO - MEDIO - AVANZADO.
Conocimiento de EXCEL MEDIO - AVANZADO
Manejo de bases de datos
Gran tolerancia a la frustración
Experiencia de servicio al cliente y gestión de personas/grupos
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
Adaptación a los cambios
Trabajo en equipo
Actitud proactiva
Facilidad de aprendizaje
Iniciativa propia y propuesta de mejoras.
Disponibilidad de horario, principalmente FINES DE SEMANA
Horarios rotativos de 8 AM a 11 PM con dos descansos rotativos por semana.
Horas extras y recargos dominicales.
