The Commissions team supports the responsible growth of PitchBook by providing actionable insights on the company’s financial health, all while working with a fun, energetic team!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As a Commission Analyst, you will support the administration of variable compensation programs for Commercial Sales teams (Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, etc.). This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments. You will assist in commission calculations, reporting, and process improvements while gaining exposure to incentive program design and system administration.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Calculate and process monthly and quarterly commission payouts accurately and on time</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain commission data in systems (e.g., Spiff) and ensure compliance with company policies</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in updating quotas and commission plans under guidance from senior analysts</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare and distribute commission reports for Sales, Finance, and Leadership</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Respond to inquiries from sales representatives regarding commission calculations and resolve discrepancies</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support audits and data validation to ensure accuracy of payouts</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with Finance and People teams to maintain commission-related records in Workday</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to documentation updates</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in projects related to commission system enhancements and incentive programs</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in Finance, HR, or Business Administration roles</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years working with commission systems (Spiff preferred) and CRM tools like Salesforce</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of basic sales compensation principles</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems</span></li>
