Piper Sandler is currently seeking undergraduate interns for summer 2026 to support the Equity Sales and Trading division in Greenwich, CT. The Equity Sales and Trading teams work with top corporate and financial institutions in North America, Europe, and Asia. Piper’s Equity Sales and Trading professionals work in collaboration with our research analysts, research sales and capital markets team covering 1,500 institutional investors. Our trading professionals are experts in high touch, program, algorithmic, and options execution. Program Overview:
8-week rotational program in NYC and Greenwich, CT
Daily interaction with senior leaders and business heads
On-desk exposure to trading US and International markets
Industry experts and client speakers
Participation in stock market investment simulation
Exposure to cash, program, algorithmic, and options trading products
Team project presentation to equity leadership upon program conclusion
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems independently
Strong attention to detail in a high energy, fast paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Confidence to interact with colleagues of all levels
Strong analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
Highly organized, detail oriented, and motivated
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
This internship opportunity is open to undergraduate students (sophomores & higher) who have a minimum 3.5 GPA and are looking to pursue a career in the financial services industry

The anticipated pay range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $21-30 per hour.
