About this role

We are looking for a Software Engineer, Backend and Infrastructure with a strong background in building and scaling mission-critical systems to join our team. We are seeking an exceptional, autonomous builder who is smart, ambitious, and low-ego, ready to take ownership and make a significant impact. This person will help us define the default platform for medical AI, impacting hundreds of millions of lives.

What will you be doing?

  • Build the mission-critical backend powering our medical AI platform.

  • Architect and scale core systems, including service reliability and data platforms.

  • Shape the performance, security, and infrastructure design for sensitive medical data.

  • Work across various products and projects, owning work where you can create the most impact.

  • Contribute to a small, exceptional team building a world-changing product from the ground up.
