What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer to help us build the generative backbone of our platform. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, taking ideas from conception to production-ready systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in applied AI, particularly with LLMs, text processing, and generative media (audio, voice, music), and a track record of shipping production-level code.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready generative AI pipelines for scripting, voice synthesis, and multimodal content creation.
- Take ownership of key product features, such as developing novel systems to automatically add background music to generated podcasts.
- Work closely with the founding team to translate creative vision into scalable, high-quality AI systems.
- Integrate, evaluate, and optimize various models, including TTS, LLMs, and potentially music/video generation models.
- Develop and own quality-evaluation frameworks to ensure the content we generate is high-quality, accurate, and engaging.
- Stay at the frontier of generative AI research, bringing new techniques and models into our production environment.
