Head of Product

We are looking for a Head of Product with 8+ years of experience to own product strategy and leadership at NationGraph, the AI-native procurement platform for the public sector. You are an exceptional product leader with strong opinions about building world-class products, deep customer intuition, and the ability to turn complex data and workflows into elegant, opinionated software. You will work directly with the founders to define the next chapter of NationGraph's product — who we build for, what workflows we win, and how we translate our data advantage into a product customers cannot live without. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role at a Series A company backed by Menlo Ventures, XYZ, Perplexity Fund, and Reach Capital, where every decision you make materially changes the trajectory of the company.

What will you be doing?

Own the company-wide product strategy, roadmap, and product narrative — defining core users, workflows, and product surfaces NationGraph should be optimized around.

Partner with the founders and engineering to make high-conviction decisions about what to build (and what not to build), translating broad market opportunity into clear priorities and crisp execution plans.

Turn customer conversations, sales learnings, market signals, and product usage data into a clear, focused product direction.

Define how AI, data infrastructure, automation, and workflow come together in the product experience — raising the bar for quality, simplicity, and usability.

Build, mentor, and eventually scale a high-performing product organization as the company grows.
