We are looking for an Operations Associate to join Meter's operational backbone and help scale internet infrastructure deployments from hundreds to thousands.
You're an obsessively detail-oriented, proactive executor who thrives on structured, high-volume work and takes pride in understanding the whole system while delivering clean, reliable outputs that internal teams can act on without a second thought.
Process and triage structured work requests from internal teams, prioritizing by SLA urgency and clearing blockers proactively
Manage ISP circuit procurement, fulfillment, and coordination with multiple third parties (ISPs, riser managers, vendors)
Create work orders, coordinate equipment ordering/shipping, and schedule site surveys and installations with field technician partners
Validate completed field work, manage building access requirements (COIs), and maintain clean documentation and handoffs
Flag recurring issues, catch edge cases early, and identify patterns that make the whole system smarter over time
Work on ISP circuit procurement, fulfillment and basic support with multiple parties
Create work orders combining wired + wireless design inputs
Coordinate Meter equipment ordering and shipping logistics
Schedule site surveys and installations with field technician partners
Manage building access requirements including COIs
Validate work completed by field technicians using internal documentation
Experience in a structured, high-volume operations role managing multi-party workflows with vendors, partners, or third parties (logistics, real estate ops, fintech, title/escrow, or similar)
Must work in-office in the Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona — this is not a remote role
Obsessively detail-oriented with strong self-QA discipline and accurate high-volume data entry skills
Open to shift coverage including some nights and weekends
