<p>Gain real-world brand building experience where you’ll work with seasoned creatives to bring new and existing brands to life across a wide range of mediums and channels. You’ll join a team that cares as much about doing great work as they care about each other. Which means we prioritize developing skills, producing great work, and most importantly — having fun.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Deep Expertise & Broad Exposure:</strong> While embedded within a specific department for hands-on, meaningful work, you will also gain broad exposure across the entire agency. This allows you to develop deep functional skills while building a holistic understanding of our service offerings.</li>
<li><strong>Defining Your Passion:</strong> Explore diverse work across the agency to identify your professional passions within the dynamic fields of technology and marketing.</li>
<li><strong>Core Summer Project: </strong>Through your learnings, you and your fellow interns will collaborate on a central project: creating engaging, authentic content that showcases MERGE culture, our innovative work, and our people.</li>

<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>

<li>Collaborate with our creative team to bring innovative concepts to life across traditional, digital, and social channels</li>
<li>Apply your design skills across a wide range of creative projects — from brand identity work to concepting new ideas to designing pull-through collateral on existing brands </li>
<li>Gain a better sense of what life at an agency is like</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design</li>
<li>Must be a rising junior, rising senior, or recent graduate from an accredited college/university</li>
<li>Passionate about learning and growing within the creative department</li>
<li>Tools - Adobe Suite and Figma, plus but not required </li>
<li>A portfolio of work that demonstrates strong design sensibilities and work”</li>
<li>First Generation college students strongly encouraged to apply</li>
<li>You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role</li>

<p><strong>Internship Essentials</strong></p>

<li><strong>Duration: </strong>10 weeks between June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026 - Monday - Friday</li>
<li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $20.00/hour</li>
<li><strong>Location: </strong>Boston, MA or Chicago, IL - Hybrid 2 days/week in-office
