Mercura is hiring its first Product Manager to own the what and why behind an AI-first B2B product, working closely with the CPO and engineers to turn customer pain into intuitive, high-adoption solutions; this role is critical for defining core workflows and driving customer time savings. You will be customer-facing, prototype-driven, and responsible for end-to-end product decisions that shape the company’s direction.

What you'll do

• Own the full product development cycle from discovery through rollout with a focus on adoption and time savings for customers.
• Speak directly with customers to understand problems and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and the market.
• Define and validate product hypotheses with customers and build rapid prototypes to test them.
• Translate customer insight into clear requirements and intuitive, AI-first product experiences for non-technical users.
• Prioritize, scope, and ship new features in close collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and training content that helps customers get the most out of new features.
• Make complex B2B workflows effortless through thoughtful product decisions and iterative validation.

What Mercura is looking for

• 2–5 years of experience as a product manager or product designer with a strong track record in AI and complex B2B SaaS products.
• Demonstrated comfort speaking to customers directly and turning messy feedback into crisp requirements.
• Highly proficient with AI tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude) and prototyping tools like Figma to validate ideas quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and motivated to build from the ground up.
• Ideally comfortable working with code (React, TypeScript, Python) to prototype or collaborate closely with engineers.
• Willing to work in-person from Mercura’s Munich office or relocate.
• Fluent in German and English.
