About this role

Maintouch is automating the $1T marketing services market, starting with SEO. We’re building the system of action that helps startups grow faster by cutting through noise and delivering measurable results. In this role, you’ll work with fast-growing Series A-C startups to maximize value from our platform and drive tangible growth outcomes.

What youll do

  • Be the primary technical point of contact for clients to drive adoption and measurable growth on the Maintouch platform.
  • Translate client needs into technical requirements and coordinate with product and engineering to deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to resolve issues and ensure value realization.
  • Onboard and coach customers on best practices, helping them optimize marketing ROI with our platform.
  • Monitor success metrics and provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve growth outcomes.

What maintouch is looking for

  • Experience at a fast-growth startup and a track record of delivering measurable wins; industry experience in marketing services/SEO is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in marketing automation tools, data workflows, and integrations.
  • Impeccable communication and writing skills for clear, persuasive customer interactions.
  • High IQ and high EQ; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle tough, hands-on problems. Strong CS fundamentals or equivalent problem-solving capability is desirable.
