This role is for an engineer who will design, build, and ship full‑stack products powered by LLMs and autonomous agents, joining a small, fast‑moving team in SoHo, NYC. You’ll own outcomes end‑to‑end, work directly with customers, and help scale systems that generate significant commercial value.

What youll do

• Build and ship autonomous agents that automate marketing workflows with end‑to‑end ownership from architecture to production.
• Own core product surfaces by talking to customers, defining solutions, and shipping features rather than just implementing specs.
• Push the boundaries of LLMs in production through prompt engineering, tool integration, multi‑step planning, and evaluation.
• Work across the full stack using Hono, TypeScript, Svelte, and Postgres.
• Identify and fill gaps, unblock problems, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as the product and team scale.
• Drive high‑impact work that directly contributes to revenue and product traction.

What Maintouch is looking for

• Experience: Any level; new grads are welcome — focus on demonstrated ability to deliver end‑to‑end and learn quickly.
• Technical stack: Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with TypeScript, full‑stack development, and relational databases (Postgres); experience with Hono and Svelte is a plus.
• AI/agents: Proven experience building production LLM‑powered systems or autonomous agents that handle real workflows and edge cases.
• Mindset: Product‑oriented engineer who talks to users, makes tradeoffs, and ships impact; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Startup experience: Thrived at a high‑growth startup or similar fast‑moving environment.
• Eligibility & location: Must be eligible to work in the US (US citizen/visa) and able to work on‑site in New York; start date ASAP.
