Founding Growth Lead
About this role
Maintouch is hiring a Founding Growth Lead to own end-to-end growth and product marketing for an early-stage, in-person team in SoHo, NYC. You’ll partner closely with the founder to build repeatable playbooks, run experiments, and create the narratives and experiences that drive top-of-funnel momentum for the company.
What youll do
- Own product marketing end-to-end, from launch strategy and messaging to coordinating launch videos and content.
- Build and run an intimate events program for marketing leaders and founders, owning concept through follow-up.
- Act as the founder’s #2 on growth, building the playbook while sprinting.
- Drive top-of-funnel growth through content, industry reports, and thought leadership.
- Design, run, and analyze growth experiments from hypothesis to learnings.
- Build and manage agency and partnership motions to drive distribution.
- Talk to customers constantly and feed insights back into product and marketing.
- Create lightweight systems and playbooks to scale successful experiments.
- Fill gaps and unblock problems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale.
- Operate with autonomy and ownership over outcomes in a lean, in-person team.
What Maintouch is looking for
- Proven growth or product marketing experience at a high-growth startup and comfort thriving in ambiguity and rapid change.
- Strong track record running experiments, building repeatable systems, and shipping product launches.
- Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills; able to make complex ideas sharp and compelling.
- High IQ and EQ, clarity of thought, and a relentless, resourceful work ethic.
- Comfortable with and excited about AI’s potential to transform marketing.
- Available ASAP and willing to work on-site in SoHo, NYC (no remote, no students).
