We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2-5 YOE to join our team as a founding recruiter. We are looking for a tactical, hands-on person who knows how to source high-caliber technical talent and wants to work in a fast-growing startup environment. This person will be crucial in helping us maintain our high technical bar as we scale our engineering, AI, and product teams.
Own the full, end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, with a primary focus on technical roles (AI/ML, engineering) and secondary support for GTM functions.
Source exceptional, high-caliber candidates using a mix of direct outreach, AI-powered tools, and creative channels.
Partner with hiring managers, including the CEO, to coordinate interviews and define role requirements and calibrate on candidate profiles.
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies.
Drive the process to ensure a great candidate experience and successfully close top talent.
