Mid-Market Sales Manager / Director

We are looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager / Director with 6-10 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in management, to lead our growing mid-market team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, tactical leader with a strong background in selling technical products to developers and engineers in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be the first dedicated sales leader on the GTM team, playing a pivotal role in scaling our revenue engine. This is a crucial hire to provide direct leadership as our team expands, ensuring we maintain a high bar for talent and execution.

What will you be doing?

Hire, onboard, and develop a team of mid-market AEs and BDRs, starting with a team of 7.

Act as a hands-on player-coach, jumping into live deals, joining customer calls, and providing tactical guidance to your team.

Own the team's pipeline targets and ARR attainment, running a weekly operating cadence of pipeline reviews, 1:1s, and forecast calls.

Build and drive a consistent outbound engine targeting technical buyers at high-growth companies (0-500 employees).

Partner with product and engineering to translate technical differentiation into compelling, rep-ready messaging.
