Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Web Specialist with 1–3 years of experience who will own the execution and continuous improvement of our website.
This role sits at the intersection of web development, digital tracking, SEO, and UX.

Your job is to maintain, build and improve the website and CMS (e.g. Webflow) with clean structure, reusable components, and reliable publishing workflows and own localization workflows to scale multi-language content

You’ll work directly on the CMS, improve performance and UX, and turn data into concrete optimizations that drive growth. You’ll build, measure, test, and improve.

In this role, you will:

  • Build website structure, define and build new sections of the website (e.g. resources pages, …) improve UX (speed, usability, …), develop high converting landing pages

  • Build and ship new customized design of pages directly in the CMS. Solving bugs, translations & redirects

  • Work hands-on with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement custom solutions, automations, improve performance, and support integrations

  • Own GA4 + Google Tag Manager setup to ensure accurate tracking, events, and conversion measurement.

  • Manage Google Search Console and technical SEO foundations (Core Web Vitals, site speed, indexing, crawlability, sitemap hygiene, markups)

  • Use datalayers and APIs to ensure tracking data consistency with HubSpot (CRM), improving data quality and attribution reliability

  • Identify UX and conversion friction points using analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior insights

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in web development. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Webflow) is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM). Having worked with CRM (Hubspot) is a strong plus. Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and turn them into actions

  • Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS (knowledge of Javascript is highly valued) to develop custom solutions, scripts, define and build embeds/integrations to improve overall performance.

  • Understanding and knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO best practices. Knowledge of programmatic SEO is highly valued.

  • Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and turn them into actions

  • Creativity, proactivity, and comfort in fast-paced, iterative environments

  • Fluency in Italian and English

Nice to have

  • Advanced Tracking knowledge (e.g. Conversions API), understanding of data - layers and APIs

  • Knowledge with UX design and Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio and working with CRM (Hubspot)
