Leaping AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to onboard home improvement companies onto its voice AI platform and drive successful deployment and adoption. You’ll collaborate with sales, customer success, and engineering to demonstrate value, integrate systems, and help customers realize outcomes quickly.

What youll do

• Create sales demos using our voice AI platform.
• Onboard customers either remotely or in person.
• Own customer success for companies assigned to you (including weekly check-in calls).
• Use Python to code specialised scripts for certain tasks.
• Set up Azure cloud functions.
• Integrate our technology into customer stacks using APIs.

What Leaping AI is looking for

• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across customers and internal teams.
• Experience integrating customer systems via APIs and API-first integration patterns.
• Experience delivering product demos to customers and conducting sales demonstrations.
• Based in the United States or legally authorized to work in the US and able to operate effectively in US time zones.
• Hands-on experience onboarding customers (remote or on-site) and driving early product adoption.
• Worked in a business function before but with solid technical fundamentals.
• If you were formerly a software engineer, please do not apply. This role is more geared towards people previously in business roles, but that have some tech background.
• Proven experience with Azure Functions and Azure cloud services for building and deploying lightweight serverless components.
• Sales or Customer success experience.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 2 times per month within the United States.
