You are the primary technical partner for our most strategic accounts. You improve net revenue retention through adoption, outcomes, and proactive risk management ā and create a tight feedback loop from customers back to product.
You understand AI architectures deeply enough to have opinions. You write docs that engineers actually follow. You close loops rather than escalate them.

What You'll Do

Own 10-20 strategic accounts ā Onboarding, success planning, deep dives into their AI architecture. Drive adoption and expansion across the full lifecycle.

Guide production readiness ā Instrumentation strategy, evaluation setup, data modeling, security and privacy, operational playbooks. You have been here before.

Lead escalations ā Own triage, root-cause coordination, and clear customer communication during high-severity moments. Establish runbooks to prevent repeat issues.

Close the product feedback loop ā Aggregate patterns, translate into actionable problem statements, and create durable collateral that scales across all customers.
What We're Looking For
- Senior experience in TAM, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Customer Success Engineer ā where you owned outcomes
- Strong technical foundation: debug integrations, reason about distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated work in applied AI engineering: LLM apps, agents, RAG, eval pipelines
- Excellent communicator: lead technical meetings, drive decisions, write docs that stick
- High ownership: close loops, create repeatable systems, not bespoke one-offs
Nice-to-have: devtools/OSS experience, observability concepts, technical writing or enablement track record
