These SDKs run in production. They must never fail. Minimal CPU and memory overhead. Work across every environment from serverless functions to long-running agent loops.

What You'll Do

Own our Python and TypeScript SDKs — Reliability, performance, and DX. You led the Python v3 and TypeScript v4 rewrites on OpenTelemetry. That is the bar.

Design APIs developers love — Naming, parameter structure, breaking change communication, docs. Every detail of the developer experience is yours.

Maintain 40+ framework integrations — OpenAI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock, and more. Add new ones as the ecosystem evolves.

Write public documentation — SDK docs, integration guides, and migration paths ship with every feature. Docs are product.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building or maintaining SDKs, client libraries, or developer tools — Python and/or TypeScript
- Deep performance understanding: profile, benchmark, minimize overhead in hot paths
- Thoughtful about versioning, backwards compatibility, and migration paths
- Excited about API design and code that runs reliably in other engineers production systems
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus: OpenTelemetry internals, former founder, popular OSS contributions, ML/AI background
