Langdock is looking for an AI Marketing Operations lead to build and scale internal AI-powered marketing tools that multiply the impact of small teams. You’ll own the systems, automations, and interfaces that accelerate work across marketing, while serving as a bridge between product and practitioners. Your work will both prove and inform how AI can transform our own workflows and, by extension, customer solutions.

What youll do

• Build and maintain marketing-focused AI tools on the Langdock platform (brand voice assistants, research tools, brief generators, campaign reviewers) and drive team adoption.
• Keep our documentation AI-ready in GitHub by structuring, updating, and ensuring it’s usable by AI agents.
• Automate content workflows end-to-end, identifying repetitive steps and maintaining quality to free up judgment.
• Own the AI-generated slide workflow, keeping templates aligned with the design system and outputs ready for use.
• Create internal dashboards, workflows, and interfaces when a problem calls for a tool-driven solution.
• Enable the rest of the team by documenting how tools work and helping non-technical colleagues maximize AI impact.
• Work directly on Langdock's platform, applying new features and feeding learnings back to product as a power user and builder.

What Langdock is looking for

• Proven ability to build production AI-powered marketing tools that teams depend on (not just demos).
• Experience keeping documentation AI-ready in GitHub, with structured, up-to-date, AI-friendly content.
• Track record automating end-to-end content workflows from draft to publish while preserving quality.
• Ownership of AI-generated slide/workflow pipelines, aligned with the design system, delivering usable outputs.
• Ability to design and build internal dashboards, workflows, and simple interfaces when needed.
