Lead Product Designer

Ladder is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience for a key product area, guiding discovery, research, and launch. You’ll design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that delight users and drive results, working closely with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals and ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Your work will set usability and visual design standards across the organization in the fitness and wellness space.

What youll do

• Own the end-to-end user experience for your product area from discovery through launch.
• Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that delight users and drive measurable results.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Design and test prototypes with real users to inform design decisions.
• Lead user research to uncover real needs and pain points.
• Champion design thinking and uphold high standards for usability and visual design across the organization.

What Ladder is looking for

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design positions.
• Experience designing for native iOS and Android applications.
• Expertise in end-to-end design process (research, prototyping, UI/UX).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Located and authorized to work in US time zones.
• Experience in the consumer fitness or wellness industry.
• Experience at a high-growth tier 1 VC-backed consumer start-up.
