<p><strong>What we need:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an <strong>Analyst, Data Intelligence</strong> to join our Data Intelligence team and provide marketing analysis to help solve complex business problems. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: measurement and reporting, testing methodologies, segmentation strategy, and generating insights.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of our client's customer data</li>
<li>Perform extensive customer profiling and data mining using analytical tools to extract actionable information and provide key business insights and findings from customer data</li>
<li>Measure campaigns and analyze customer data for client, account, and strategy teams</li>
<li>Create presentations with results for technical and non-technical audiences</li>
<li>Support peers with code peer reviews and queries to audit campaigns and analysis</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects and deliverables</li>
<li>Understand business rules and document requirements and methodologies</li>
<li>Design and execute campaign processes to create data outputs supporting personalized marketing interactions</li>
<li>Design and execute meaningful reporting packages to support client needs</li>
<li>Improve current processes to increase efficiency and value to our clients</li>

<p><strong>What you’ll bring: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study required, plus 2+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree in relevant field of study</li>
<li>SQL coding experience</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, and Databricks preferred</li>
<li>Self-motivated and ability to work independently and collaborate with a team</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Naturally inclined to learn, ask questions and understand why</li>
