Front End Software Engineer (Fixed term)

As a Front-End Engineer on our Meta UI Team at KAYAK, you will play a crucial role in developing new features for our main site - mostly working on search related pages, but implementing features on other verticals and cross-site as well. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that will be used by millions of travelers worldwide.

This role will be required to work from our Kaunas office at least 3 days per week.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain core UI components using React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML;

• Collaborate with the design and product teams to implement intuitive user interfaces;

• Optimize front-end performance and ensure consistency across platforms;

• Contribute to defining best practices and standards for UI development.

Please apply if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in visual web application development;

• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, and HTML;

• Strong problem-solving skills in front-end development;

• Ability to translate design concepts into functional UI elements;

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Compensation:

Fixed term salary range is from 2700 EUR up to 3580 EUR gross monthly, depending on experience, plus a final 10% bonus.

The salary range provided is not final and will be discussed during the process based on your skills and experience.
