About this role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to embed our agent behavior monitoring (ABM) infrastructure directly into customer production systems. We are looking for a strong generalist, ideally an ex-founder or someone with early-stage startup experience, who can solve open-ended problems and is deeply familiar with building and evaluating AI agents. This hire is critical to unblock our ability to bring on more enterprise customers and scale our deployments.What will you be doing?Integrate deeply with customers by setting up tracing inside their codebase, analyzing traces to identify failure modes, and configuring behaviors on our platform.Build out features within our platform, often feature-flagged, to unblock customers and accelerate their time to go-live.Work on-site with customers, primarily in SF, to build relationships and guide them through technical decisions around agent monitoring and evaluation.Act as the bridge between customers and our internal product, research, and GTM teams, communicating feedback and insights.Own 3-5 customer deployments in parallel from initial integration to successful production adoption.
