We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with 5-7+ years of B2B sales experience to join Joyful Health's lean, high-performing sales team and close mid-market and enterprise healthcare deals. You'll be selling an AI-powered financial operating system that solves one of the most painful problems in healthcare — recovering lost insurance revenue — with deal sizes ranging from $250K to $2.5M, uncapped commission, and a product that practically sells itself with 5-10x ROI.
Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end — sourcing your own pipeline, running consultative discovery, demoing, and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
Selling into mid-market and enterprise healthcare practices (deals typically $250K-$1M+) with fast sales cycles and clear ROI
Building outbound pipeline from scratch while converting inbound leads as the growth function scales up
Navigating enterprise buying processes with practice operators, billing leaders, and clinical leadership
Helping shape the go-to-market motion, pricing strategy, and sales playbook at a rapidly growing early-stage company
5-7+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience closing $100K+ ACV deals with multi-stakeholder navigation
Enterprise or upper mid-market consultative sales experience — pure SMB backgrounds will not translate
Some early-stage startup experience (not exclusively large companies) — must be adaptable without an established playbook
Healthcare sales experience strongly preferred (selling into providers, RCM, billing operations); non-healthcare candidates need name-brand enterprise B2B SaaS backgrounds
Based in NYC or willing to relocate; must be in-office 3 days per week
