Founding Director of Growth

We are looking for a Founding Director of Growth with 8-12+ years of experience to define and build our growth engine from the ground up. We need a senior leader with zero-to-one startup experience who excels at demand generation, experiential marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will be our first marketing hire, tasked with turning one-off activations into a scalable ecosystem of inbound lead generation. We are looking for someone who can bring their own playbooks to build trust at scale, run events, and eventually hire and manage a high-performing team.

What will you be doing?

Setting up the infrastructure to create scalable, repeatable inbound growth channels from scratch.

Running demand generation and experiential marketing, including hosting events, conferences, and intimate dinners to build trust at scale.

Executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and targeted content strategies for B2B enterprise buyers.

Translating ecosystem activity into clear, trackable inbound pipeline and managing CRM processes.

Acting as a player-coach, starting as a hands-on individual contributor with the expectation to build and lead a growth team as the company scales.
