What James Vanderpant is looking for

• 3+ years of proven UX/UI or product design experience.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing; translating feedback into design improvements.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; strong CS fundamentals or equivalent design education preferred.
