Harper is seeking a Go-to-Market Growth Lead to run a high-volume sales pod, owning closing and revenue generation. You’ll build the automation machine that scales throughput—from intake to submission, service, and close—by partnering across product, sales, and operations.

What youll do

• Lead a pod across the full funnel from intake to close.
• Keep volume moving; speed matters and delays cost conversions.
• Run daily standups, conduct call reviews, and solve problems in real time.
• Partner with your FDE to ship automation across voice AI, workflow tools, and submission automation.
• Use live closing experience to design product-led sequences that translate calls into automations.
• Gather customer questions and feedback and iterate sequences in real time.
• Roll out proven best practices across the organization.
• Track and drive automation rates across intake, submission, underwriter communications, and service.
• Build sector expertise across healthcare, med spas, security, manufacturing, and other verticals.
• Use sales feedback to optimize demand gen across channels.
• Close deals.

What Harper is looking for

• Proven ability to own and drive metrics for automation throughput and deals closed with data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with voice automation and AI workflow technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to build and deploy automation tooling to improve throughput.
• Experience leading a high-volume sales floor with ownership of closing and revenue generation in a go-to-market role.
• Strong CS fundamentals; industry experience across healthcare, med spas, security, manufacturing, and other verticals is a plus.
