Harper is building AI-led insurance distribution, and this role sits on the post-sale client care team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for business customers after policy issuance, handling COIs, endorsements, billing, renewals, and claims to ensure a smooth, accurate experience and long-term retention.

What youll do

• Handle customer inquiries across COIs, endorsements, billing, renewals, and claims coordination with accuracy and speed.
• Own resolution end-to-end by following up with carriers, tracking status, and closing the loop with the customer.

What Harper is looking for

• Prior experience in customer service, insurance support, or operations roles.
• Insurance industry experience (commercial lines, P&C, brokerage, or carrier-side).
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while on a call and documenting interactions to support AI-enabled tools.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to explain insurance concepts clearly to business owners.
