Head of Product Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing with 6+ years of experience to be our first dedicated product marketing leader and build the function from the ground up. We need a master storyteller who can take a complex, category-defining AI product and articulate what it changes for enterprise clients, not just what it does. You will be instrumental in shaping how the market understands our vision for autonomous labor replacement in regulated industries. This is a foundational role with high ownership and visibility, perfect for someone who thrives on building from scratch.

What will you be doing?

Define and create a new market category for autonomous labor replacement, shaping how analysts, press, and buyers understand X5.

Develop the core messaging framework, vocabulary, and competitive positioning against RPA, AI copilots, and workflow automation tools.

Partner with product to execute full go-to-market launches for new capabilities, from positioning to sales enablement and customer communications.

Build the essential sales enablement toolkit, including battle cards, objection handling guides, ROI frameworks, and compelling demo narratives.

Turn early customer wins into powerful proof points, case studies, and reference stories to build market trust and credibility.
