Head of Product

We are looking for a Head of Product with 5+ years of experience to serve as the first product leadership hire at X5 Labs, an AI company building autonomous agents that observe, learn, and execute enterprise workflows in regulated industries. You will report directly to the CEO and own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision — translating X5's unique architectural moat into product bets that drive enterprise adoption and revenue. This is a role for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity, has scaled products from early signal to adoption, and gets excited about solving hard problems in production for the biggest companies in the US. The ideal candidate brings deep B2B enterprise experience and is ready to build the product organization from scratch.

What will you be doing?

Setting the product strategy and roadmap — taking X5's architecture and turning it into a clear vision that connects features to business outcomes and drives enterprise adoption, retention, and expansion.

Overhauling the UI/UX and human-machine interaction layer — the product works today but needs a dramatic improvement in how enterprise users interact with and trust autonomous agents.

Building and leading the product team — hiring your first PMs, establishing product culture, and raising the quality of decision-making across the organization.

Traveling to meet enterprise customers in New York (and occasionally elsewhere in the US) to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements in regulated environments.

Owning dual product motions — managing both the enterprise (bank-grade, on-prem) track and a potential self-serve/mid-market motion post-Series A.
