About this role
We are looking for an AI Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our Machine Learning team in New York. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with a good grasp of ML who is passionate about building and deploying reliable AI agents into production. You will be a foundational member of the ML team in our NYC office, helping us build the next generation of AI tools that preserve and enhance critical thinking for humanity.
What will you be doing?
Build and create reliable AI agents for the team.
Work extensively with prompt engineering, understanding how models work on the backend to optimize for temperature, input/output, and when to use RAG.
Deploy AI agents into production, working with APIs and focusing on software engineering.
Work on hallucination detection and other tools to help students and educators use AI more responsibly.
Collaborate with a fast-paced team to create industry-defining software for our 11 million active users.
