Senior / Staff Software Engineer (Product)

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join our Product team. We're seeking product-oriented, full-stack engineers who thrive on owning features end-to-end and have a relentless focus on customer experience. This is an opportunity to build core product experiences, working across multiple product areas to create reusable systems, intuitive UIs, and reliable backend services that power mission-critical workflows for government contractors.

What you will do:

Design, build, and ship full-stack product features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.

Set technical direction and patterns within your product area.

Engage directly with customers to understand their problems, watch them use the product, and incorporate feedback into improvements.

Build intuitive interfaces and APIs that help users understand, guide, and trust AI‑powered workflows.

Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability as the platform grows.

Work primarily within a product pod (e.g., Capture, Proposal, Contract, Platform, Data Library) whilst maintaining context across the full product suite.
