Software Engineer

We’re building AI agents that automate Anti-Money Laundering operations for banks and fintechs. As a full stack engineer leaning backend, you’ll help scale a platform that already handles real KYC/AML workflows for customers across US, EU, MENA, and Japan, working closely with the founding team in London.

What youll do

• Own core AI agent infrastructure, API systems, and integrations with KYC/AML platforms used by banks.
• Ship features rapidly and make architectural decisions to scale production systems.
• Collaborate with the founders and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product releases.
• Work in a serverless stack using JavaScript/TypeScript on AWS with strong CI/CD practices.
• Ensure security, auditability, and compliance in workflows at scale.

What godiligent.ai is looking for

• 1-5 years of experience building production systems, ideally with exposure to serverless, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, or CI/CD.
• Proficiency with serverless architectures on AWS and strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills; knowledge of React is a plus; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Industry experience in fintech, financial services, AML/KYC, or regtech, or demonstrated startup/early-stage company contributions.
• Strong CS fundamentals and evidence of excellence through education, work at competitive tech companies, or proven startup contributions.
