We are looking for a Security Architect with 4+ years of experience to build the security foundation for a fast-scaling AI platform serving enterprises from mid-market to Fortune 500. You'll be a hands-on builder – not a maintainer – owning everything from SaaS product security and cloud infrastructure hardening to compliance posture that directly enables enterprise deals. This role requires deep domain expertise in at least one of two areas: enterprise SaaS security or compliance frameworks (GDPR, CDPA, HIPAA). You should come from an engineering background, be comfortable writing code in modern languages like Python, Go, or Java, and have experience at companies with a high bar for security. Ideally you bring a mix of mature company rigor and startup scrappiness – someone who understands how systems work end to end and is ready to build them from scratch.
Architecting and building the enterprise security program from scratch – covering cloud infrastructure, product security, identity management, and risk posture
Designing and implementing security for a multi-tenant SaaS platform – data isolation, RBAC, API security, and cloud security across AWS/Azure/GCP
Driving compliance efforts end to end – leading GDPR, CDPA, and SOC 2 audit processes and building the trust posture that closes enterprise deals
Embedding security into the SDLC through threat modeling, design reviews, and pre-launch sign-offs while setting guardrails for IAM and Zero Trust principles
Engaging with enterprise customers on security reviews and questionnaires – translating technical risk into business language for clients and executives
