Customer Experience Lead

We are looking for a Customer Experience Lead with 3-8 years of experience to be the voice of Genspark externally and the voice of the customer internally. We need a scrappy, hands-on operator who is quick on their feet and excited to roll up their sleeves to build our community presence from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between our rapidly growing user base and our product teams, ensuring our customers feel heard while driving actionable product improvements.

What will you be doing?

Manage public issues and escalations across online community platforms like Reddit and Discord.

Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements, highlighting bugs and areas for improvement to internal teams.

Create comprehensive knowledge bases and documentation to empower customers to resolve issues independently.

Develop scalable, one-to-many communication systems to handle high-volume community interactions efficiently.

Act as the ultimate bridge between external users and internal product, engineering, and design teams.
