Coordinate and execute the calibration of GMP production systems, including temperature, pressure, and mass instruments. Maintain qualified equipment status and develop measures to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of calibration processes.
Requires a technical education in EMSR, bio-process, or control engineering with several years of practical calibration experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment. Proficiency in GMP requirements, SAP, and German language skills are essential.

Im Bereich Engineering & SHE in Kaiseraugst stehen dir zahlreiche Möglichkeiten offen, das Tätigkeitsgebiet im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Herstellung von festen und flüssigen Arzneiformen kennenzulernen. Engineering & SHE ist der zentrale Bereich für die Kalibrierung unserer GMP-Produktionssysteme (z.B. Temperatur, Druck, Masse) und unterstützt den Standort Kaiseraugst bei der Einhaltung der GMP-Produktionsvorgaben.
Als Calibration Specialist umfasst dein Tätigkeitsgebiet folgende Aufgaben:
Selbstorganisierte Koordination von Kalibrierungen - Überwachung, Dokumentation und fristgerechte Durchführung von Kalibrierungen
Aufrechterhaltung des qualifizierten Anlagenstatus der betreuten Messmittel
Dokumentenmanagement – Erstellung, Review und Update von Dokumenten
GMP-gerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation deiner Aufgaben
Entwicklung von Vorschlägen und Koordinierung der Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Verbesserung der Qualität, Sicherheit, Effizienz der Kalibrierprozesse sowie der Kostenreduktion
Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Pikett-Dienst
Um in dieser spannenden Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringst du idealerweise Folgendes mit:
Fachkenntnisse und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Kalibrierung. Idealerweise im Bereich Kalibrierung von pharmazeutischen, chemischen oder biotechnologischen Anlagen
Technische Ausbildung im relevanten Tätigkeitsfeld: z.B. EMSR-Techniker oder Ingenieur: Richtung Bio-/Verfahrenstechnik, Steuer-& Regeltechnik
Umfangreiche Kenntnisse diverser Messinstrumente und Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld; wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit Umgang und Kalibrierung von Waagen
Praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von technischen GMP-Anforderungen der Zulassungsbehörden (RHI, FDA, EMA etc.)
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP, Computerized Calibration Management System, Comos, MS Office, Google Suite, QS Systeme)
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
