SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
L’assistant gérant, sous la supervision du gérant, a la responsabilité de supporter le gérant dans ses tâches quotidiennes afin de contribuer à maximiser les ventes de son magasin en vue d’atteindre les objectifs fixés par le ou les propriétaire(s), et ce, tout en en participant à la gestion des ressources humaines et des différentes sphères inhérentes à l’administration du magasin.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Seconder le gérant dans l’accomplissement des activités quotidiennes de son magasin afin d'obtenir un maximum d'efficacité et de productivité de l’équipe et d’atteindre, et même de surpasser, ses objectifs de ventes;
Agir à titre de modèle pour les employés dans l’application des normes de service à la clientèle de Aubainerie;
Participer, lorsque requis, aux différentes activités ressources humaines : l'embauche, l'intégration, la formation, l'évaluation du rendement, les mesures disciplinaires, etc.;
Voir à optimiser le potentiel des employés et les motiver par un coaching continu et la délégation de tâches;
S’assurer, en collaboration avec le gérant, que la tenue et l'entretien du magasin reflètent l'image qu’Aubainerie souhaite projeter;
Veiller, en collaboration avec le gérant, à ce que la mise en marché et l'affichage répond aux normes établies et permettent d'optimiser le potentiel de ventes;
Assister le gérant dans la gestion des plaintes et des clients insatisfaits en visant un dédommagement juste;
Réagir rapidement et effectuer les changements qui s'imposent en fonction des promotions, des ventes et des saisons;
S'assurer en collaboration avec les étalagistes et le gérant, que la marchandise soit sur le plancher de vente rapidement et partager au gérant les réapprovisionnements nécessaires;
Gérer, avec l’aide du gérant, diverses tâches administratives (dépôts, comptabilité, etc.) et s'assurer que les processus de travail et les politiques et procédures soient respectées;
Effectuer, au besoin, des remplacements;
Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes.
EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES
1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire;
Expérience dans le commerce de détail;
Expérience dans le vêtement et en grande surface;
Capacité à offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire;
Leadership et capacité de coaching exceptionnelle;
Facilité à communiquer, entregent et dynamisme;
Orientation client et l’atteinte des résultats.
