Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to certification and start-up. This includes performing simulations, risk assessments, and creating operating instructions to improve production rates and quality.
A degree in a related field is required, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role being an advantage. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dumai, Riau.

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
Perform process simulations.
Manage cost and time constraints.
Perform risk assessments.
Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
A degree in the related job field.
Those with 2 - 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
Willing to relocate to Dumai, Riau.
