How you’ll make an impact
Be part of the team that develops partnerships across the agriculture industry, working closely with external partners, Alliance teams and finance teams.

Your role is vital in supporting business growth, enhancing partner experience and contributing to FCC’s performance in your region.
We seek someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and builds on others' ideas. You’re a relationship-driven, strategic thinker who identifies opportunities to grow partnerships and drive business results within a defined territory. You’re a natural communicator and active listener, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders—from frontline conversations with our Alliance beef partners and customers to strategic discussions with finance teams.
You bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for agriculture and customer experience, and a curious, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset. Most importantly, you embrace change, enjoy building long-term partnerships, and have the confidence to grow your territory.
If you enjoy building relationships, supporting your team while managing your own portfolio, and driving business growth, this is the role for you.
