What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Actuarial Science (preferably registered).
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance market.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience in reporting using KNIME & SAS.
• Proficient in data analysis, with a strategic mindset and strong presentation skills.
• A team player who values teamwork and collaboration.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Monitor the production and profitability of Non-Motor Retail Insurance products using both internal and external data.
• Play an active role in data transformation initiatives.
• Create and monitor reports and dashboards necessary for performance tracking, and develop action recommendations.
• Analyze market dynamics and propose new project ideas based on the insights.
• Conduct actuarial analyses required in the new product development process.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses and reports in a big data environment.
• Develop risk, churn, and segmentation models using machine learning techniques.
