What You Will Do:
Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
Create engaging and persuasive email copy while ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing email templates that enhance user experience and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improved results.
Manage budgets related to email marketing activities and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.
Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the performance, demand gen, conversion rate optimization and marketing teams to support their initiatives, while using data to provide valuable and actionable insights that can improve campaigns results.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Minimum of 6 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on automation tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proven experience in designing and executing multi-channel email campaigns, with a strong understanding of A/B testing and analytics.
Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for crafting compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data effectively and derive actionable insights. Bonus points if you have experience with Amplitude and/or Tableau.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with various teams.
Nice to have
Native or Fluent in French
Experience in the financial or insurance services industry is a plus
Experience working with cross-channel integrations like paid media, SMS and mobile notifications

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
