About this role
The role involves leading the Sales function with a focus on the DACH region, driving rapid revenue growth toward an ARR target of 10 million by June 2026 (up from about 4 million in December 2025) in a largely inbound-driven business. The Head of Sales will own sales, hire SDRs and AEs, and manage and develop the team, while creating playbooks and overseeing pipeline management and forecasting. They will collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize inbound leads (the current setup features six AEs conducting 8–12 demos per day) and will build both inbound and outbound SDRs, expand the team, and scale into new countries, starting with DACH and then internationally, with the potential to become the global Head of Sales. The position starts as Head of Sales DACH, with the opportunity to develop into the global role, and offers a salary of 100,000–150,000 EUR plus equity, plus a top office in Vienna.
