Die Rolle übernimmt die End-to-End-Gesamtverantwortung für den gesamten Marketing-Bereich mit einem klaren Fokus auf Lead-Gen für den Vertrieb und einem monatlichen Budget von über 400.000 €. Sie trägt die strategische und operative Verantwortung für das Marketing-Budget, definiert Marketing-Strategie, Prioritäten und KPIs über alle Kanäle hinweg, führt das Team und verantwortet die strategische Ausrichtung im Media Buying und der Skalierung – die operative Umsetzung erfolgt gemeinsam mit dem Performance Marketing Team (Adspend > 200.000 €/Monat). Zudem baut die Rolle eine klare Creative- und Content-Strategie inklusive Testing-Frameworks für Ads, Website und Funnels auf und trägt die letztendliche Verantwortung für Website-Copy, Messaging und Conversion-Optimierung sowie Newsletter- und E-Mail-Flows. Darüber hinaus konzipiert sie Influencer-Kooperationen sowie Social- & Content-Initiativen, definiert Strategie, Prioritäten und KPI-Frameworks für SEO, Social & Personal Branding und plant sowie setzt GTM-Strategien um. Die Position zeichnet sich durch ein Hands-on-Mindset aus, hat unmittelbaren Einfluss auf Wachstum und Sales-Pipeline, arbeitet in flachen Hierarchien eng mit dem CEO zusammen, ist On-site in Wien (mit Relocation-Paket) und bietet Equity.
