Senior ML Systems Engineer (London)

We are looking for a Senior ML Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build and optimize the infrastructure that enables our scientists to train, evaluate, and deploy cutting-edge AI models at scale. You will join a small, senior-leaning team working on large-scale multimodal datasets and high-performance compute, owning the full stack from data ingestion to production inference. We are seeking a product-minded engineer who thrives on solving complex problems with a high degree of autonomy and is excited to get closer to PhD-level AI research in the film industry.

What will you be doing?

Build and evolve a data platform for curating large multimodal datasets (video, embeddings, metadata).

Improve and scale ML training infrastructure and data loading pipelines using PyTorch and Ray.

Develop systems and tools for dataset inspection, model evaluation, and A/B experimentation.

Design and maintain infrastructure for model versioning, lifecycle management, and promotion to production.

Own and optimize production inference pipelines, including parallelizing models across GPU infrastructure to maximize performance.
