Account Executive
About this role
We are looking for an Account Executive with 3-7 years of selling experience to own deals end-to-end and help build our sales infrastructure. As our pipeline is growing faster than we can close it, you will be instrumental in defining our category and scaling our go-to-market motion.
What will you be doing?
Own the full sales cycle from the first conversation to a signed contract.
Convert a fast-growing pipeline into long-term partnerships with law firm leaders.
Build trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and ops leads.
Shape Finch's GTM motion by feeding deal learnings directly into messaging, process, and product.
Represent Finch at legal tech events and conferences as the category grows.
Key Requirements
3–7 years in a closing sales or business development role with a track record of exceeding quota.
1 year minimum in a closing sales role.
Experience owning a full sales cycle end-to-end.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple buyer types.
Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
Familiarity with the legal industry or selling into professional services firms.
