Account Executive

Extend is looking for an Account Executive to join the founding team and drive enterprise revenue growth as we scale from 7-figures to 8-figures in ARR. You’ll blend technical curiosity with a hungry, low-ego approach to win multi-stakeholder deals in a fast-paced startup environment.

What youll do

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from education to implementation, navigating multiple teams and use cases.
• Conduct deep technical discovery to understand existing infrastructure and prescribe balanced solutions.
• Build champions and partner with them to design proof-of-concepts and secure executive buy-in.
• Shepherd prospects through extensive Legal, Security, and Procurement processes, managing sensitive topics.
• Guide customers from signed contract to successful deployment, providing configuration recommendations and workflow best practices.

What Extend is looking for

• 2-5 years of closing enterprise sales experience, with a track record of driving deals to closure.
• Experience as an early Account Executive hire at a startup.
• Technical background with the ability to read APIs and technical documentation.
• Experience with PLG/freemium sales motion.
• Experience selling to engineers or other very technical buyers.
• Strong technical fundamentals or equivalent educational background, able to understand infrastructure and propose solutions.
• Comfortable navigating Legal, Security, and Procurement processes.
